Tracking Staff Response Times on a Task

If a Task is being used to track an important staff response to a Member Issue, Tracking the Initial Response Time by your staff can be a valuable tool for reporting on responsiveness. Follow these steps to track how quickly your staff responds:

  1. Open the Task you want to record response times on, or go to Tasks > Create New Task to create a new Task.
  2. Click the Response Tracking tab
  3. In the Initial Request Date/Time, enter the information or click the Current Date/Time link to set the info to now.
  4. In the First Response Date/Time, enter the information or click the Current Date/Time link to set the info to now.
  5. Click Save.

Note: If you need to report on Response Times over multiple Tasks, you can access this information in the Data Export Reporting Tool by using the Tasks Data View.
