MemberClicks has several options for learning how to use and succeed with Atlas. Below is a summary of each opportunity:

Atlas Help Center

Congrats! You found the first option for training! This Help Center is designed to be a one-stop location for leaning about Configuring, Using and Best Practices for your Atlas system. Categories in the Help Center are built for each Atlas Module and contain all the elements of self-directed learning at your fingertips.

Atlas 101: Master the Basics

We offer ongoing Atlas 101 training webinars to enhance your understanding of the configuration of your database and ensure you have the fundamental skills needed to manage your members, set up events, track and maintain primary financial activities and more. These virtual training sessions are perfect for onboarding new staff or providing existing users with a quick refresher!
 
Current introductory Atlas training courses include: Atlas 101, Membership 101, Communications 101, Events 101, Revenue 101, Reports 101, Admin 101, and Website 101.
 
 

Regional Training Events

Several times per year, Atlas staff travel to a new city to offer 2 or 3 days of training for our clients. Each Regional Training is structured to cover several aspects of our Atlas Certification program, so its easy for you and your staff to find and attend the training that is right for you. MC Live! Users Conference

Once per year, MemberClicks hosts our annual MC Live! Users Conference, a 4-day conference that brings hundreds of our clients together for training and best practices. Custom Training

if you feel like one-on-one time with one of our Atlas experts is what your staff needs, you can request Custom Training from us. All of our training staff are former Atlas clients, so they not only understand the software but they've worked in an association and understand the industry.
