Create Contacts tied to a Task

If in the process of completing a Task you have multiple conversations or interactions with a member, it may be valuable to record these meetings as Contacts on a particular Task. By doing this, a Task can be a single effort that encompasses several attempts at outreach and coordination between you and a Member (or any Profile).

Follow these steps to create a Contact Record that is tied to a Task:

  1. Open the Task on which you want to create a Contact. The Tasks Main window will open.
  2. Click the Contacts tab on the Task
  3. Right-click in the Data Grid and select New Task Contact. The Contacts Insert window will open
  4. Fill out the Contact appropriately.
  5. Click Save. The Tasks Main window will return.
