Events and other pages won't appear after update

Issue: My events management page will not appear when I try to open it to manage my events.

Cause: The issue is caused by recent updates we have made that require TLS 1.2 authentication be turned on in the browser.  

Resolution:

  • Open Internet Explorer
  • Go to the gear icon  and click it for the menu
  • Go to Internet Options and click
  • When the window appears, choose Advanced
  • In the settings windows, scroll down to Use TLS 1.2
  • Click the box next to it and then OK
  • Go back into WebLink and reopen your events

Note: If you are not on Internet Explorer 11, it is STRONGLY recommended that you update to it as soon as possible
