Why Is My Display So Small?

This is usually caused by the use of a monitor/laptop that has a high DPI (dots-per-inch) display where the resolution compacts the application into a smaller space.  You can quickly update some settings for just WebLink Connect to override the smaller display that Windows is attempting.

Resolution:

1.Please right click on the shortcut for WebLink on the desktop and then select Properties

2. Then go to the compatibility tab.

3. Select Change high DPI settings

4. Check the box Use this setting to fix scaling problems for this program instead of the one in Settings

5. Check the box Override high DPI scaling behavior

6. In the drop-down at the bottom, choose System

7. Select OK

8. Select Apply

9. Restart WebLink Connect

10.  If you receive a prompt to enable or disable the Beta settings, select Yes

PLEASE NOTE: If you need to uninstall and reinstall WebLink or you accidentally delete the shortcut from your desktop, you will need to make this changes again.
