Our IT Team has confirmed automated communications are processing at this time.  We are no longer seeing any errors and will be closing this notice.

Our IT Team has confirmed that user generated mass communications are processing at this time, though the message may remain in the queue for a slightly longer period as the server catches up.  Automated communications through forms and submissions are still being reviewed.

This morning our IT Team identified that our Mass Communication server was not responding to requests from client databases.  They are working on a solution for the problem and have advised that queued messages either automated through forms or submitted through 'Send Mass Communication' or 'Send Email (web)' will go out when the service is restored.

We will update this article as we receive more information from our IT and Product Development team and appreciate your patience as we work on resolving the issue.
